Self-paced courses grant access for at least one year from purchase. Live/cohort sessions include scheduled components and replays as listed on each course page.
4. Payments
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase if the course does not meet described objectives and no live session attendance has occurred, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Course content, text, and materials are owned by MainHaven Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized sharing of course content or access credentials.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or harmful interference with the services.
- No unlawful or infringing activity.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MainHaven Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We will honor existing purchases per the stated access windows.
